If you complete the programme, implement the strategies, and don’t see any positive return, we’ll give you your money back for the platform access.
We cannot refund for the experts time! The money back guarantee only applies to the Core Gro Programme aspect.
Here’s what qualifies you:
To keep things fair (and protect against cheeky abuse), we do ask for a few simple things:

You showed up: You engaged with all of the core content, watched all modules and made a genuine effort to implement what we teach.

You gave it a go: You completed the action tasks, tested the strategies, and tracked your results (we don’t expect perfection, just participation).

You asked for help: If something wasn’t working, you used the support available (live chat, expert 121’s) to troubleshoot or pivot.

You submitted your work: You can provide reasonable proof of your actions (landing pages, emails, campaigns, or a summary of what you tried).
Here’s what doesn’t qualify:
We won’t honour refund requests that are:

Based on “changing your mind” after joining

From people who didn’t actively participate or test the methods

Attempting to get free access with no intention of building

Submitted more than 90 days after the end of your programme

How to Request a Refund
Just email us at [team@grodata.app] with the subject “Guarantee Request” and include:

Any support interactions you had
We’ll review everything within 5 working days and either issue your refund or offer specific feedback on what might still unlock results.
